Failed delivery
If payment is confirmed but CV-to-CEO cannot produce the purchased file, contact us within 7 days for a retry or refund.
Completed generations
Because generated CVs are personalized digital products, completed and downloadable generations are normally non-refundable.
Duplicate charges
Verified duplicate charges will be refunded to the original payment method where the provider supports it.
Requesting help
Email support@cv-to-ceo.bandb.academy with your account email and transaction reference. Never send a password, PIN, or OTP.
